would a service by RSC......

... be able to tell if absolutely everything (down to individual links in the bracelet) were authentic?

To clarify; I'm looking to buy a TT DJ with a Jubilee bracelet.

I would gladly buy new, in fact I'd prefer to, from an AD, but the simple fact of the matter is that Rolex don't offer the very specific dial that I want anymore on the 116233 - champagne with batons only and ONLY four second markers between.

This means that I'm looking at pre-owned (16233)

Being extremely particular (and excessively paranoid!), my plan would be to buy the best I can find and then send it in to UK RSC for a full service (once I've established that it's not stolen or lost of course).

So back to my query; would the RSC be able to tell, for example, if there were any "non-original" links in the bracelet? or, if the fluted bezel was not original?

I am fairly confident about the more obvious things to look for - even using my own eyes! - like the movement, serial numbers etc, and anything amiss here would naturally be spotted by Rolex anyway, but I absolutely need full, unequivacable cast iron proof that absolutely EVERY aspect of the watch is genuine and authentic.... (yes, I know I sound paranoid, but I'm serious!)

This would include the possible addition of non-authentic links, bezel, and... well, anything at all really

Incidently, I assume that they would know if there was any plated or sub-18ct gold anywhere on the watch? (I've no idea how to know myself whether 18ct gold is actually 18ct gold or not)

I would really appreciate some advice on this, and I apologise again if I'm sounding excessively cautious....

Very many thanks!
