Ok so I'm having trouble sleeping, was wondering what pillows everyone is using.

Got a new mattress being delivered tomorrow, I know that new bedding won't completely resolve my insomnia.

So now after some decent pillows. What do you you use, feather/down? Duck/goose, are you fussy about your poultry?

Or a synthetic/memory foam. Do you use 1 or 2 pillows, expensive or cheap?

Suggestions please. Thanks.
