Trouble Posting...

I'm new to the forum and having trouble posting in some threads. I created a new thread titled "New to Rolex Watches" for a buddy and myself to start taiking about our recent endeavor into the world of rolex collecting. When I posted a screen came up that said my post would need to be reviewed by a moderator before posting, then went back to the main forum screen and the post didn't show up.

I also posted in the "official president" thread with pics of my new watch, still no luck, it did the same thing.

But then when I posted in the forum about donating $25 to the forum for 2016 and did not attach pictures it posted fine.

Am I doing something wrong here? Are my pictures to large or something causing it to trigger a review by a moderator?
