Rolex 5512 Tiffany & Co. from 1962 only $9900 US?

Here is the link: http://rover.ebay.com/rover/1/711-53...mtid=824&kw=lg

I am of the understanding that 5512s during this time period had gilt chapter ring dials.

However this watch has what looks to be a printed Tiffany dial. They claim that the dial appears to have been retouched within the last 10 years. So it seems as if it has a non-original dial at a minimum.

The band is obviously one of the new vintage style Italian leather bracelets, but it has a Rolex buckle. I am dubious of the buckle at a minimum.

The case seems to be in absolutely perfect, pristine condition except between the lugs.

And to me, the price seems too good to be true for a Tiffany 5512 from 1962. $9,900 USD seems very low.

The listing is very well done with many, many photos in the main part of the listing.

Can anybody help with some insight regarding the dial? What are your thoughts on this watch? I'm curious to see other opinions. Thanks!
