Do you take off your Rolex at airport security?
Regardless whether I'm at a major airport or not, I feel very uncomfortable leaving my prized Rollie in the tray. Despite the fact that I try not to lose sight of it, I feel that one day some master of sleight of hand will poach it. Security areas are quite busy, and things like that happen fast before yuu know it. I tend to refuse to take it off most times, despite having to go through a pat-down or metal detector search. I've also tried "hiding" it in jacket pockets or a backpack, but I seem to be more nervous as I can't see it myself. Am I paranoid a bit too much? I know there are much more expensive time pieces out there, but earned mine with honest hard work and would not like to lose it a stupid way. What are your thoughts or stories?
