Help Me Identify and Information

Dear Forum Members:

Can anyone out there help me identify this watch, and provide any information? This has been in my family a long time. Last time I casually checked, it does not have high monetary value, but to me it has great sentimental value.

I took it to Sutter's Watch Repair in Chicago many years ago to get an overhaul and new crystal, I was told that parts are no longer available.

Any and all info on what this watch is exactly and details on how to service, preserve would be greatly appreciated.
