What happened to the dial of this 14270 explorer?

Ghould "TRF" Member Join Date: Aug 2015 Real Name: Bill Location: Texas Posts: 63	What happened to the dial of this 14270 explorer? I can't tell if it cracked or developed bumps; likely due to water damage? Movement looks fine though, and the watch is pretty modern for this degree of damage.
