DAYTONA 16520 L series

Hi there,

I have been offered this nice L Series 1989 but am not sure if this is a service dial or not.

Given it's a L Series, the dial seems to be missing OFFICIALLY CERTIFIED. Is that correct?

L Series is supposed to be floating or (COSMOGRAPH) printed with gap.

Seller told me that R Series is always floatitng, early L2 200 bezel floating, L3 225 bezel 4 liner not floating, L4 L5 only 225 with 4 liner.

Additional to this I found this info plus the JPG sheet attached:

I am really confused and need help here. Kindly THANK YOU
