Rolex 16520 - Advice

I'm looking to pick up a 16520 but I'm new to the Rolex world.

Obviously prices for the different variations are all over the board. I know personal preference and personal budget drives a lot of my question but I would really value the forums perspective.

The 4 line speaks to me. I'll likely never sell the watch, but value is important to me so here are some questions.

How much cost should papers and original box add?
Given how much of a premium 4 line dials are commanding are they overpriced these days.

I'm trying to rank:
T-series with box and papers ~$13k
S-series inverted 6 no box and no papers ~$12k
L-series 4 line / 200 bezel no papers but with box $22k

All of them are all original in similar condition.
