No Officer Down - Thankfully
Tim lets us know about some of the chilling outcomes when a LEO loses his/her life in the line of duty. This post is a thankful one that NO Officer was hurt in a dangerous encounter that played out here.
The whole episode began when officers were chasing a stolen car on the interstate. During the chase, the driver abandoned the car and escaped. He then broke into a nearby home, where the homeowner fired shots at him. The man managed to get away and steal the homeowner’s car. He led police on another brief chase before crashing and flipping that homeowner's car. The final encounter with police was all caught on body camera video. Fair warning, the perpetrator lost his life here due to lethal force. The purpose of this post is to be thankful for what these people do for us day and night to keep us safe. http://www.wsbtv.com/news/local/dram...mera/487564838
