Which DD40 is the better choice ?

I had the good fortune of obtaining a 36mm silver dial platinum DD, but keep feeling that its at bit small for me.

I have a Hulk, a DJ2 and an Explorer 39mm already, and find the DJ2 to be a bit on the large side, and never wore a more comfortable Rolex than the Explorer 39mm.

I am considering flipping the 36mm platinum DD, but have no idea what kind of price i should ask for. And how far the proceeds would bring me towards a WG DD40.

Ideally, I'd replace it with a WG DD40 with either the Green dial or the Black strobes Rhodium dial. It has to be either WG or Platinum, and I lean towards WG simply because of the price.

I can't seem to make up my mind. The black stribed rhodium dial is stunning but also the conservative choice. More sporty than the silver rhodium, but still conservative with its color and stick markers.

The green "anniversary" dial is beautiful, but I wonder if I'll tire of the color, which is arguably much more subtle than the Hulk, but still a statement in itself. Also, the Roman numerals make for a much more busy dial than the stick markers, and I haven't tried Roman numerals before.

I lean towards the green dial, but wonder what I should do.

Opinions and wrist shots are most welcome :-)

Thanks,
Henrik
