Smokers? A dying art

I never smoked cigarettes but do smoke, on average, 3 cigars a week. Never smoke out of my own home. (Although Anne isn't too happy about that). In my country smoking in all public places and restaurants and bars is prohibited. The latter since January first of this year. All kinds of initiatives have started to circumvent that ban: a club with a membership, bars with a glass shield and overpressure and even a 'church' for smokers. All failed and now the 'interim' period is finished, the fines are starting to come down.

I do see the problem and I know what it can lead to. But if our governments don't want the loose the little bit credibility they still possess, they would ban it all together. But hey, what about those billions in taxes?
