Culinary tastes aren't any different in Chicago than anywhere else, and a lot of people like their pizza. I think there will be plenty of customers for this style of pizza in any large metropolitan area.

I think they will do fine on brand name alone. I'm sure there are plenty of local places in NYC already pedaling Chicago style. I know of a couple here in Buffalo and we are much smaller market of course. We also have our own style of pizza but it's not going to catch on nationwide me thinks....oh well people liked the wings idea. We shall pretend that was an accomplishment
For me pizza only needs a few ingredients. Flour, salt, egg, yeast, EVOO, San Marzano tomatoes, mozzarella and basil. Put in the hottest oven you can find and enjoy.
