HELP! Complete set VS non-complete RED SUB

Hi Guys,

Need help on a possible trade.

I own this 1680 Mark VI Red Sub, just the watch no box nor papers.

I`ve been offered to trade it for a Mark V with the complete set! I`ve seen the paper and all is matching.

What do you guys think? Whats the premium that the complete set command?

Thanks for any thoughts.

This is my watch:
