Are you a fast eater or a slow eater?

I know I have a tendency to eat too quickly, and over the years have trained myself to slow it down.

In my younger days, mealtime felt more like fueling an Indy race car than savoring an experience.

Now there's apparently some science to support all those slow eaters. Seems you were right all along.
