New Member + Question about shady DJ font
Hello everybody, my name is Diego, I'm from Uruguay, down here in South America. Pleased to be here.
I'm in the lookout for my first Rolex, especifically, a vintage Datejust (1601 or 1603). In my search I found a piece that caught my eye because (other than its poor shape) it looks legit in all regards, except on the font on the dial. Please check this "OYSTER PERPETUAL - DATEJUST" font. It looks "skinny" and not very Rolex like. I've not seen any other pic online of a DJ with such a font. What do you think? It's a redial? (oh, I can't post links). I'll paste it like this in case anyone wants to take a look. :) s8 . postimg . org / f51ai25lx / image . jpg Anyway.. Any help or comments are much appreciated. Thanks in advance! Diego |
