This morning I wore my 23 yr old 16610 (S serial, purchased new on january 1995) on for work and after a couple of hours noticed it had stopped. It was last serviced about 10 years ago, so said to myself time to take it for service! I took it off and accidentally dropped it on the edge of my vault and cracked the sapphire.

Cyclop is no where to be found!

Immediately pulled the crown and am already coordinating to send it to Rik Dietel for servicing, know it will come back looking like new again!
