G as i said i do not doubt your good intentions and i have been long enough here to know how nice a guy you are and how credible/serious a member. But i believe there is some controversy in your statement here.
In effect, I still do not understand whether you have actually read this letter or heard it from a rep. I believe clarifying this will help on the conversation.
