Aging symptoms or do I have something (?)

I'm asking the same question in another forum but would like to get as many responses as possible.
I'm 33 and I've recently given some thought to the fact that when I was younger (around the age of 18) I used to go to sleep shirtless or with shorts and that was it. Today, even in summer nights I wear a long sleeve sweatshirt and long pants and am covered very well with blankets otherwise I get sensitive with my nose and start sneezing.
Additionally, I feel that today my sense of smell is not as good as it used to be in the past. I do smell, somedays are good somedays I feel not so much as the past.
I've done blood work and it's fine, I've done allergy tests (skin allergy tests) and I'm allergic to dust and grass which is pretty common.
I'm trying to figure out if this is just aging symptoms or am I missing something.
I am thinking it is maybe polyps in my nose but am not definitive about it. If it's aging than I guess no further treatment is needed but if this is some sort of a condition I'd be happy to get some insight from the knowledgeable members of this forum.

Thanks!
