Rolex Submariner 16610LV Fat (Flat) 4 Insert
So my 16610LV from 2004 F5****** serial came with a complete full set, but in 2008 it was serviced by Rolex and received a new 93250 bracelet (original one still in exceptional condition, not sure why it was replaced and allowed to be kept) AND a replacement green insert with a pointy 4.
My question is this. Where would I get an original fat (flat) 4 insert back for the watch? I have been looking on eBay but nothing but the pointy 4 inserts.  Cheers in advance.
