I've always worn a watch 24/7, but since I started wearing nice watches (about 7 years ago), I started removing them before I get in the shower. Otherwise, on me all the time.
I wear the watch on my left wrist, and sleep on the right of my wife. She puts on hand lotion each night, and every morning my watch has smudgy goo all over the crystal. Guess thats the price you pay for love!
