Patina question for Rolex 16570 polar explorer

Hi all, I have acquired the above from a local jewellery shop a couple of months back. Being a tritium dial, the dial and hands no longer glows and I thought i had it at a relativy good price, usd 3750 watch only.

Some questions

1)when will patina start forming in general

2)can I safely says that my watch will not patina since it's been 22 years? W series around 1996

3)how to encourage patina

4)if mine will not patina, will u guys recommend relume?
