16570 ....can hear rotor and feel vibrating

I’ve had my 16570 EXP 11 for a while and recently I’ve started to hear and feel the rotor moving when I move my wrist, and can feel a light buzzing from the watch when this happens.....I’ve also noticed on a full wind it’s achieves only 42 hours reserve when left off the wrist.....when I wear it a full day 12 hours plus the watch only runs for 18 - 24 hours when left off the wrist.....my question is, is there something broken that needs repaired or just in need of a service?.....when it runs it runs well at +4 secs per day and it hasn’t been dropped or banged, I’ve no idea when it was last serviced.
