What’s up with the so called exclusive AD relationship.

I’ve bought 3 watches, 2 Rolex, 1 Omega from the same A/D, over the last 3 years, not necessarily the same sales person. I’m in Florida, Gulf Coast, and stuck with really one AD chain in a 100 mi radius.
I’m a sales exec, I understand relationship selling, never seen it, when buying from this AD. I hear invited to back room, bottle of champagne,...???
Never happened, should I be tipping , pay over $12k, what???
I’m getting ready to buy a TT DJ 36, for the wife. I’d like her to witness this experience, I’ve never seen. Could buy the watch in Detroit , if needed.
