Question
As you guys may know I have a used DJ I purchased it has an engraving on the back. What is the best thing to do? I went to the Rolex store at south coast plaza they directed me to a watch store they use where they can do it they wanted 65 bucks and it would take a week(I dont want to wait that long). The guy there said i could just use sand paper but i was hesitant because i dont want to ruin the watch. I then went to tourneau they told me that they cant take off the engraving i would have to buy a new backing. Is that true or are they just try to sell a backing to me? What should I do?
