Impossible to buy S/S in UK - any other countries?

so i have spent ages trying to call around AD's for a Sub Non date in the UK with no luck, some saying the wait is 2 yrs +. I would be happy to travel to other countries to get one as a vacation, is there anywhere you can walk in a buy one off the shelf? Eg DUBAI? Where i will be passing through in March..

Also i had my heart set on a Sub (ND or date cant decide) and only looking for this, but would a GMT II Black be easier to get? Also i have a small wrist. I recently got the BB58.

I also love the Dj41 Fluted Rodhium in Oyster but think i should go for a sub first..
