Rolex 6202 bezel ??

I bought this bezel on Ebay for my Turnograph but found it a bit loose but assumed this would rectify when the insert was installed. I have since bought a bezel with insert which fits perfectly. looking closely at the Ebay bezel its clear i had no real wear marks on it. Im not sure if its a fake or off another watch but the seller is refusing to refund ( outside of the time limit ) and is claiming he is a genuine seller !.
Can anyone identify which watch the bezel is off or is it a home made job ??
The inside diameter is 31.5 mm, outside 35.5 , depth 1.5mm.

The castellations are angled rather than parallel .

Any help would be much appreciated
