Tourneau gave my warranty card to someone else.

I purchased my Tudor blackbay GMT from Tourneau Waikiki in HONOLULU Months later there was an issue with the power reserve. I took my watch into Tourneau for warranty service. After about a month I got my watch back but was told they accidentally gave my warranty card to someone else. Since then it’s been about 4 months of them “trying” to track down the person that has my warranty card. Been given the same run around about how the person is traveling and I’m pretty much at my last straw.

Now, should I put in a complaint to corporate? Will they have to buy my watch back? Has this happened to anyone? Any feedback appreciated. Thanks.
