Fitment makes all the difference!

I bought a 126300 DJ41 with the blue dial last December. It was my first Rolex and I was drawn to the sportiness of the oyster and smooth bezel. Shortly after purchasing, I started to wear other timepieces over it because of the fitment. Occasionally the 12 o'clock side would slide down towards my wrist bone resulting in a crooked watch. Some days the fitment would be spot on, while others not so much.

I purchased a Sky-D a couple months ago and it fits absolutely fantastic after the sizing. This encouraged me to revisit adjusting my DJ41. I swung by the RSC this morning, and had the micro adjustment moved in towards the middle notch. It fits as snug as my Sky-D and with no more 12 o'clock sliding on the wrist! Crazy how much a difference of 2.5mm can make. I'm back in love with this watch and plan on wearing it the rest of the week. I also had various issues with the purchasing AD incorrectly balancing the watch (too many links on one side). At one point, I considered giving it to a family member because of the issues relating to fitment, and to make room for another timepiece. Glad I held off and decided to give the adjustment another go.

For those who have difficulty with sizing, I say keep at it! It's an awesome feeling once you find your sweet spot! For example, mine for oyster is six links on the 12 o'clock side, four on the 6 o'clock, and micro adjustment set to the middle.
