Business Casual - Rolex

So
Life has changed. Where I work it is business casual. I remember the days of ties and suits seems no more. Parking and walking two blocks to work in 97 degree weather makes me appreciate the business casual dress.

Any help here?

I normally wear Polo shirts. Love to dress in all black. But will sometimes wear other color Polos. (Mostly Old Navy Polos). And Black Jeans (Old Navy). Shoes have been New Balance Black. Rain, slippery, they work. Sometimes I through in my Allen Edmonds as they wear well.

Do you see a theme here? Similar to what Steve Jobs wore. I also have the black mock turtle necks for colder weather. Can you offer any advice for a long sleeve Polo? I tend to gravitate to slim as I around 142 pounds.

I also normally clip a MontBlanc 146 to the Polo just below the last button as there is no pocket. I think it adds a nice touch. Comments?

I attached a picture of what I think is a casual Rolex to wear? So any comments or criticism of dress? What would you change? It is hard for me to wrap my head around business casual. I am 57. Shirts must have a collar where I work. What do you wear? How would you change what I am wearing?

What do you wear for business casual? What defines your style? Favorite brand clothes, shoes, etc?

Thanks
