1610 Sub servicing
Morning all,
Just have a couple of questions as the trusty Sub is due a service. 1 - I had a little accident with it a while ago and the clasp got bent and no longer stays closed. All links are fine, but the clasp will need bending back into shape or replacing. Would Rolex include that as part of the service or would it be an extra charge? 2 - Shall I take to Rolex themselves or a local dealer? I've previously just dropped it at the dealer, but never known if there's a mark up for doing this. I'm UK based by the way and work in London, can go to Rolex directly without too much trouble. Incidentally, although it'll be serviced, I request they don't polish the case as I like the patina it's developing. Cheers, D. |
