Nickel Allergic Reactions

Are they watch dependent? Whats strange is all modern rolexes utilize 904 steel which has a high nickel content but my wrist reacts differently to different modern rolexes. I have no reaction to my subc but my daytonac gives me a slight rash if I wear it all day during a hot summer day. I wonder why thats the case? Im worried that over time I may start reacting to the subc and its my favorite watch which is unfortunate, I've read some cases of people wearing their rolex for 5 years without issue and then suddenly start having nickel reactions to it.
