Why 37mm Yatchmaster so UNPOPULAR?

I posted a question about my interest of purchasing a Yatchmaster 37mm reference number 268622. I understand why people don’t like comment about pricing. However I don’t see a lot of people envy or talk about this reference compare to Sub, GMT or even DJ??? Is there a reason why they are so unpopular among enthusiasts?
Second, if you have a choice between Yatchmaster 268622 and new DJ 36mm reference 126200 both with oyster bracelet, which one would you pick? And why? I am interested in your opinions of being a wis because I am stuck in the middle between these two beautiful watches. TIA TRF.
