Neuropathy

Grandma's neuropathy doesn't allow her access to her crown on her new Mid-Size Datejust.
She is off by about 4 seconds per day.
I usually go over and adjust the date for her as needed. I can't remember, nor find the recommendation for the position of the watch, when at rest, to gain or lose time.

Crown down gains
Crown up loses etc.
Please post the recommended at rest position for time gain and loss.

Thanks
