I was near the boutique on Friday and coincidentally walked past.
Turns out it was opening day! Walked in randomly. It was a nice little boutique with a very friendly team. As another sign from God, the exact model (and the only model with the blue dial that they had in stock) was available on the day. So I did what I had to do. Early impressions: The watch is beautiful. It looks stunning and is well finished, with a lot of attention to detail. Well designed overall and a good size (for a larger wrist), with many clever features that are lacking with AP and PP. The blue dial is absolutely stunning and shifts from a lighter, metallic looking blue to a deeper dark blue depending on the lighting. There is a certain charm about VC that you understand when you see the watch in person. I'm pretty chuffed to own watches from the entire Big Three/Holy Trinity now. |
