New “Hulk” Sub stopped! :-0

Hey all,

I got a call from my AD yesterday saying that they had just received a Hulk sub and I was at the top of the list. Great, right?

Picked it up and it was running when I left the AD, took it home showed my wife, got yelled at for buying another watch...still all good, right?

Got up this morning and it has stopped overnight. Took it into the AD and they were shocked. No one there had ever seen that happen before.

They were great and are sending it back to Rolex for investigation, but has this happened to anyone else early in their Rolex ownership?

Seems odd and not the “Rolex way”. That all said, maybe market pressure to make more popular models faster could up their defect rate.

Thoughts?
