I'd like to get my Tudor Rose Sub Dial Refurbished

I bought this watch on Fleabay in 2000. I was pretty naive back then and didn't realize how poorly this watch bad been serviced. It's really hard to miss how crapy the dial looks, I just accepted it because I was glad to have a rose dialed Sub (mine was stolen in 1994). Thanks to this forum, I now have a little better eye.

I know to some, having the dial refurbished is blasphemous. This dial is so ugly, that I really don't have much choice. It's easy to see that an amateur tried to make it glow again.

So, I'd like to know who provides this kind of service and how good their service is. I am cost conscious, but don't mind spending a bit more to have it done right. If you have an example to share with me, I'd love to see it.
