Warning: Parcelbroker gmbh
So frustrated and angered. So I bought a watch over €15,000 and the dealer (Meertz world of time) decided he would use a company called Parcelbroker GMHB or Parcelbroker.de after I had asked multiple times to use DHL and a third-party insure (which was not needed as DHL had offered insurance up to €25,000). Anyway the parcel gets picked up by this fellas (armed guard with a locked suitcase). Then I get a tracking number for FedEx which after a day I noticed is not picked up. I contact the Parcelbroker people and they inform me that I should contact the seller for information. I thought this was a bit suspicious as they were also a bit aloof about an error in the shipping address they made in the FedEx label created.
On contacting the seller I am informed that the parcel has been stolen overnight and all the internal contents of the package taken. After that showing off with the armed guard you would expect a locked coded door and cameras at least where they store the valuables. FedEx also never picked the package which the company (Parcelbroker) had stated the day before had been picked up by the courier. I'll leave you to make your judgement. IMHO I would not trust this company with your valuables especially when shipping international. |
