... the time!

I was at a Christmas Eve dinner, when somebody asked:
“does anybody know what time is it?”

There were no smartphones in sight, so a gentlemen next to me realizes that it is time to use the old remedies and pulls up its sleeve, taps on the face of his shiny Apple Watch and declares triumphantly:
“sorry I ran out of battery...”

That is when I confidently announced:
“it is 11:45!”.

You can only imagine how proud I felt!
