Even when I did have it it was for hiking and workouts only. Nothing more annoying than constantly getting your phone / app alerts on your wrist, not to mention taking phone calls on it. They are def good for steam rooms, saunas and spas ect. Phones can't take the heat of most saunas and I always like to listen to audiobooks or music in there.
