Rolex customer services/warranty
Anybody here had to send their watch back under warranty and know the true turnaround time. My AD has advised four weeks, and I have no reason to doubt them but was curious to anyone previous dealings.
My beloved DSSD JC MkII is about a year old, but today I noticed dust or a defect on the underside of the glass, just right of 3o'clock marker.
