Yachtmaster only rated to 100m ??

I just noticed that the Yachmaster specs say it's waterproof to 100m, but it has the triple-lock crown. The other Oysters that are rated to 100m have the twin-lock crown, don't they (at least the DJs do)? I thought it was the triple-lock that brought the SubC's up to 300m rating? Or am I totally confused? What do the SubCs have over the Yachtmasters that give them that extra depth?
