All full RSC service includes mainspring change world wide as part of service plus barrel .Mainsprings are not expensive and even Rolex dont make there own they are outsourced made by Schwab-Feller AG,plus movement bearing and cap jewel bearings,crystals,spring-bars,and a firm called Aiguilles makes all the watch hands for all models.

Another question, if you go for overhaul to an independent who is not authorized by Rolex, will you be able to go for your next overhaul after 5 years to RSC in Swiss? Or will the RSC not accept to service the watch as it has been serviced by an independent?
