Vacheron Constantin 4500v question
Hi everyone - I purchased a 4500v blue off a well regarded member on another forum a few weeks back. Everything was fine other then a bit of dust under the dial (easy fix).
Today I was looking the movement and noticed that there was something off. The movement was stamped 5100/1, which i understand isn't the movement for this model. I pulled up a imagine of the movement online and it seems like the stamps are in the wrong place, along with the movement #. Does anyone know if VC recently changed its movements? The watch came with full set, box and papers with tags. Warranty is dated Nov/2019. Pics of my watch below (circled markings are the ones in question) Also I noticed the "5" on the movement number doesn't seem to be filled in well. Pics of where the stamps should be (taken from google) Pics of the full movement of my watch Was hoping some VC owners could chime in. I'll most likely take it to an AD and get it checked out. |
