Is the 5-digit Jubilee bracelet more adjustable than Oyster?

The more time I spend wearing the 16570 Polar Exp II the more I appreciate it. Case size and shape etc.

I said I would never buy another 5 digit Rolex due to 5 fixed links vs 4 on 6 digit. Looking at the GMT line Jubilee is also an option. My question is, does the jubilee allow for more adjustment than the oyster at 6 o’clock side? Can it be adjusted more similar to 4 links equivalent on oyster?
