- these posts trigger so many people - on both sides of the debate.

Personally, if you're not intentionally trying to damage your watch, everything else is fair game. It's a lot of money, no matter what Rolex you own, to have it sitting in a draw - much rather use it (this doesn't mean abuse it - cleaning the BBQ with your watch on isn't abuse!).
