Sent my 214270 in for a service from my AD on the 19th January only to have a phone-call from the AD to say it was completed and back with them on the 12th February!!!

Guarantee Card confirmed service completed on the 10th February.

In 25 years of Rolex ownership (probably at least 6/7 services across different watches), never had a watch serviced and returned so quickly. Normally it was anywhere between 8 - 12 weeks.

Now down to 3.....

Based on my previous experience I'm somewhat surprised or should I be?? I appreciate Rolex have upped their game & capacity over the years.

Anyone had the same experience of such a quick turnaround??
