Whats a better investment DD 18238 or DJ 126333

So getting close to finally pulling the trigger (I hope) on a watch and Question what is the better investment when it comes to either the DD 18238 or DJ 126333.

Its hard to spend so much money on a 25 year old watch with an older movement compared to a newer watch with newer movement..Something in my brain is have problems with that scenario .....

There is a lot to think about its not just a DD vs DJ on what looks better or personal preference for size 36mm vs 41mm but there is more to think about about these two watches such as;

1) what will be worth more later if I want to sell
2) will a 25 year old DD bracelet with stand many more years to come over a new jubilee bracelet
3) is the newer movement better to have over an older movement.
4) servicing an older DD can cost more in the long run if it needs be overhauled.
5) all parts are 25 years older inside and out....
