Rookie OP Question...
I wear my OP 24/7 so it is getting plenty of movement for the rotor however when I take it off to set the time (so far, in the past 1.5 months since I purchased it, it's gaining around +1 second each day, no complaints!) is it okay to also manually wind it, and if so -- how many turns?
