Stickers on the case back?

This is a two parter:

1) I have a question for the experts here on case back stickers. When did Rolex change form the Hologram stickers with the model numbers to the plain clear stickers they use now?

2) I purchased a Milgauss today from eBay. The seller has great feedback, everything seems to be in order. The watch was listed as N.O.S (New Old Stock) and is still complete with all protective plastic everywhere. I have tags, box and papers. One thing is bothering me.... The sticker on the case back is clear but it has the model number on it too. Is this correct? Thanks for your help!!
